* gnome/Canvas.custom: Added for W2cAffine.
* gnome/CanvasItem.custom: Reformatted. Added AffineRelative,
AffineAbsolute, I2wAffine, I2cAffine. These are needed because of
the 'const double affine[6]' parameter.
