Mike Kestner 955cdcf123 Update Gdk to the 2.99 API
* cairo/Surface.cs: expose LookupSurface
* cairo/cairo-api.xml: add surface mapping
* gdk/*: updates and hobbling to get gdk building.  lots of work
to come.
