Mike Kestner 8c0e123418 dllimport libname updates for Gtk.
* *: s/win32-2.0-0/win32-3.0-0/  I suspect this will need to change
again when I see some win32 binaries.  I think the win32 goes away.
Killing a few dead customs in the list as well.
