* generator/ClassBase.cs : add null checking to CallByName. No sense
	manually adding this for the ones that need it. Better to have g_criticals
	then NullRefExceptions anyway.
	* generator/MethodBody.cs : simplify out handle generation.
	[A babystep toward #86620]
