* Optimize BIC, BSL, BIT, BIF, XTN, ZIP, DUP (Gp), FMADD (Scalar) and FCVT (Scalar) using SSE intrinsics, some CQ improvements

* Remove useless space

* Address PR feedback

* Revert EmitVectorZero32_128 changes
