* Fix typos

* Remove unneeded using statements

* Enforce var style more

* Remove redundant qualifiers

* Fix some indentation

* Disable naming warnings on files with external enum names

* Fix build

* Mass find & replace for comments with no spacing

* Standardize todo capitalization and for/if spacing
